This restaurant deserves to be in the spotlight and protected at all costs! Not only if you happen to be in Turin, but even with a coupe hours by car, is worth the trip.

The most authentic local cuisine of Piedmont, in the beautiful and genuine intepretation of the Chef, who takes classic dishes and simple ingredients to a higher level, complemented by a welcoming service and very well selected wine list 🤤

very lovely and cosy but still in stile and very delicious food... strongly recommend!!!
Top!
Truly fantastic experience! They had been recommending me to go here for a while and, being just a stone's throw away, I never expected to find a restaurant with excellent quality. I will be even more detailed in telling my experience:
1) Very beautiful RESTAURANT, fantastic entrance, all wood with vaults and details with pillars and signs. Combining a more contemporary style with the old farmhouse present has given value to the restaurant (located on two floors) where the wooden tables dominate in good contrast with the exposed bricks. The cellar they have on the upper floor is beautiful and the mise en plan is well taken care of and correct for the service shot. I would say to look at the windows again where there are some mosquito nets that are half torn or almost detached.
For the rest, I really like the place also for the choice of color/material contrasts. Well done!;
2) Very high quality FOOD. The following were served in order: house entrees including a bagna cauda cream (light, not loaded with garlic) with accompanying lightly steamed vegetables and a tartlet with beef tartare and hazelnut mayonnaise. Before the main courses, homemade bread and breadsticks with garlic flavored butter were also served. Very good first courses, I had some homemade tajarin with hare ragù with a rustic but at the same time delicate flavour. But the second course is what surprised me the most... I split a fassona fillet and a rack of lamb with crusts and pistachio cream. DELIGHTFUL! Too bad about the desserts, I wasn't thrilled with the choice but I'd say it's a bit of personal taste, the millefeuille was good anyway.
Fantastic to see the presentation of the cheeses, with 6 different types... the Barolo one is good;
3) SERVICE done by two very young guys, you can see their dedication and you can see that they know what they are doing. A few mistakes in small situations but I'm not the type to see the small 'quibble' in an excellent service 👌🏻;
4) BILL... what can I say, I was pleasantly surprised because for what I ate I expected to spend a little more. So very satisfied!
I'm not going to write anything else... you absolutely have to try it! 💯🔝🔥
We were there for a dinner with friends, a beautiful place even if not large, well set up and comfortable.
Well-executed dishes, quality raw materials cooked superbly.
The staff was very kind and helpful, attentive to our every request.
The wine selection is good, although in truth it is mainly based on still wines.
It was a beautiful evening and a surprise to find an elegant venue with a high-level culinary offering in a peripheral country village.
Super recommended
I recently had the chance to dine at this restaurant and I can say that everything was done to provide an incredible experience. The flavors were there, each bite was a real delight. The balance of flavors in each plate was impeccable, my palate was delighted at every moment.
The quantities were perfect, not too little and not too much, which really helped make this meal memorable. On top of that, the value for money is excellent. I am convinced that by next year the facade of this place will proudly display a star, because the quality of the food and service truly deserves this recognition. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of good cuisine."
There are not too many words to say, excellent restaurant with excellent food and excellent flavor combinations. Refinement and elegance in a historic and amazing venue
